This is a rehabilitation and extension project in which the façade was isolated with the ETICS system.
An EPS 80 plate with spikes anchored directly to the wall was placed, covered with mesh and base mortars and a white mineral finish was applied.
The rest of the walls, railings, pillars and ceilings were coated with the anti-cracking system with the same mineral finish to give continuity to the finish.
The result is a modern style, monochrome, with uniform exterior, all with the same texture and color.
