This is a rehabilitation and extension project in which the façade was isolated with several systems.
In some areas an EPS 80 plate with spikes anchored directly to the wall was placed, it was coated with the mesh and the base mortars and a white silox mineral finish was applied.
Then there was a framing of the holes with a fine white finish.
The rest of the walls, railings, pillars and ceilings were coated with the anti-cracking system with the same mineral finish to give continuity to the finish.
In other areas, natural stone was placed with an extruded polystyrene plate of 40 between the façade and the stone.
The result is an Ibizan style, combining monochrome white with the natural texture of the stone.
